Before you Buy or Sell a Home or Negociate a Deal be sure your agent has a valid and current Florida real estate licensed. Unlicensed practice of a real estate broker or sales associate is a Felony and punished with jail (Remenber that Mortgage Brokers are not Real estate license)
The Bureau of Unlicensed Activity is responsible for coordinating unlicensed activity stings and sweeps through the Regional Program Administrators, as well as providing information to consumers and other regulators regarding the dangers of using unlicensed individuals.

The mission of the Unlicensed Activity Program is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public by identifying and eliminating unlicensed activity through coordinated efforts with local building departments, law enforcement agencies, local state attorneys’ offices and other state agencies.
